Service requests and quotes

This website provides information about Betts Electric’s electrical and security services and lets you send a service request, quote request or general enquiry.

Selecting a preferred service date and arrival time is a request. Your appointment is not booked until we confirm it. We will reply by email by the next business day to confirm an appointment or suggest another time. For a time-sensitive request during office hours, call 250-492-3221. We do not offer after-hours service.

A quote request is an enquiry about proposed work. The scope, schedule and applicable terms for a job will be discussed with you separately.
